Store close during convention
We're excited to meet you during the major conventions in Asia!
However, since we are a small team, we have to adjust our regular operation hours and customer response times on those days.
Please note that we may have slightly delayed response times for email/message inquiries made during the convention period.
We appreciate your patience as our team works hard to prepare for the fes. Once the convention has ended, we immediately return to our normal store hours.
How much is the shipping fee?
We ship internationally, from Hong Kong, to world-wide.
In the checkout page, you'll be able to view all the available shipping options, along with their fees and estimated delivery times. Simply select the one that best suits your needs.

Order shipping time
We typically takes about 7-10 working days to process your order after you place it.
We send out orders in bulk once a week, and we'll shoot you an email with a tracking code when your order is shipped.
THE PREPARATION TIME WILL INCREASE WHEN THERE IS ANY EXHIBITION OR ANIME CON.
IF YOU HAS URGENT NEEDS, PLEASE WRITE A NOTE TO US ON DURING CHECKOUT.
Pre-order item
If your order includes any pre-order items, they will be shipped out as soon as the latest pre-order becomes available.
However, if you prefer to have them shipped separately, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll arrange it for you. Please note that there may be additional shipping fees for this option.
Package delayed/lost
International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected, with customs clearance being a potential delay.
If you haven't received your package within 30 days, it's possible it's being held at your local post office due to a failed delivery. We highly recommend reaching out to your local post office for assistance.
Products damaged/flawed
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the damaged or faulty items you received.
Please provide us with photos of the damage. we will promptly send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Cancel order & refund
If for any reason you need to cancel an order before it ships, please don't hesitate to contact us right away. We're happy to help and will make sure you receive a full refund in a timely manner.
