Dear Customer,

Following up on our previous email regarding the suspension of US shipments. After further observation, we have noticed that there has been no further reduction in customs duties as we had initially anticipated.

Packages valued under $800 are still subject to a 54% customs fee. As a result, we would like to offer you the following options:

  1. If you need your purchased item urgently, you may choose to pay the 54% customs duty, and we will ship your item immediately. Please note that due to rising transportation costs, there may be an adjustment in the shipping fees, requiring an additional payment.
  2. You may choose to wait until customs duties decrease again.

If neither option meets your expectations, we are happy to offer a full refund.
