In our previous announcement, we explained that due to the grotesque content in the book, our original printer terminated our contract mid-production. We subsequently partnered with a local printer to restart the production, which led to an postponement to mid-May.
It is with profound disappointment that we must inform you of yet another setback. We have been forced to terminate our relationship with the current printer due to their continuous delays in promised deadlines. Although we have been following up every day over the past few weeks, and the printer claimed that they were in production, we found that they had not started production until the last communication, leaving us both frustrated and powerless in this situation.
We fully understand the disappointment this news may cause. Please know that you are entitled to a full refund should you wish to cancel your order. We deeply value the trust and patience you have shown us, and we are genuinely sorry that we have failed to meet our commitments.
To express our sincere apologies, we will also send you a gift of delayed order after you request a full refund. Please ensure your address is correct before the request. Of course, you won't need to pay any shipping fees.
