We’re reaching out with a heartfelt update about the 2nd pre-order. Due to the grotesque content in the art book, our original printer informed us halfway through production that they could no longer continue.
To ensure the highest quality and timely delivery, we’ve swiftly partnered with a trusted local Hong Kong printer to take over. However, due to differences in equipment, the book will be printed without hologram pages. Additionally, the shipping date will be delayed.
We’d like to offer:
1. All second-batch orders of It Hurts, Honey will include 3 hologram postcards as a special thank you.
2. If this change doesn’t meet your expectations, we completely understand and are happy to provide a full refund.
This unexpected change has been challenging for us, and we’ve been working tirelessly to find the best solution. Though it was a tough decision, we believe this is the best way to ensure your books reach you as soon as possible.

2. 若您對此安排感到不滿意，我們完全理解，並願意提供全額退款
